The purpose of Spirit Integration Journey is to gently support you as you are seeking to deepen your understanding of your personal inner journey towards a more meaningful and connected life. When you are able to connect to your Soul's purpose you feel complete and able to live a purposeful life. The Spirit Integration Journey also offers great support when dealing with ongoing or unresolved grief for the loss of a loved one, a much loved pet, a relationship or the sense of who you are.

The Spirit Integration Journey Sessions usually last one hour, and come in packages of 3/6/9 month offerings, as this healing requires commitment, and are based on your personal needs and requirements.

Your journey begins when you book your breakthrough call, during which I will make sure that you feel safe discussing your specific needs and setting a vision for what you want to achieve.

I will also take your medical history to inform the sessions of any areas that need particular attention on a physical, emotional or cognitive level.

Modalities that are part of your Spirit Integration Journey include Energy Medicine (Reiki), Psycho Spiritual and Aromatic Sciences

Energy Medicine (Reiki)

Energy Medicine is a field of complementary therapy based on the interactions of the human energy field with other energy fields (human or other). The human body is surrounded by and emits various kinds of energy: electrical, magnetic, light, and subtle.

Health and disease appear to be related to the flow or lack of flow of our energetic systems. Modern quantum physics provides the framework for energy medicine. Einstein demonstrated that matter and energy are interchangeable and therefore our bodies are energy. Matter, then, does not exist in certain places with certainty, but shows tendencies to exist. A particle can also act as a wave, which becomes a probability wave, and the interactions between waves (particles) are probabilities of interconnections. In this view, the universe becomes a dynamic web of inseparable energy patterns, and the classic idea of analyzing the world by separate, independent parts becomes less plausible.

Therapeutic touch, healing touch and Reiki are probably the most commonly used energy healing modalities, and all of these involve a practitioner who assesses the client’s energy field and then rebalances it using a variety of techniques. A form of energy medicine has been used for many years in orthopedics for healing nonunion fractures: the pulsed electromagnetic field. This device creates an external magnetic field that induces an electrical current in bone that has a similar waveform as the piezoelectric current induced in bone with mechanical stimulation. Data also support the emission of a biomagnetic field from the hands of therapeutic touch practitioners. These fields are similar in magnitude and quality to pulsated electromagnetic fields that have been used to heal chronic nonunion fractures. There is evidence for the use of energy medicine in ligament and tendon injuries and for wound healing.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a method of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The technique was developed in Japan and is administered by the laying on of hands. It is based on the idea that all living things have a special energy flowing through them called life energy. When your life energy is high, you'll feel strong and confident, be more relaxed and centered and less likely to get sick. When it is low, you'll often feel tired, be more easily affected by stress and less resistant to illness.

Reiki is a Japanese word that comes from two words - Rei and ki. In the Japanese language, these words can mean different things depending on how they are used and how they are combined with other words. When they are used together for the practice of healing, the word Rei means universal spirit, Higher Power or God. The word ki refers to the life energy that flows through all living things. Therefore, Reiki means life energy that is guided by God. Some also feel this is just another way of saying the Holy Spirit.

A Reiki Treatment

A Reiki Treatment is a way of increasing your life energy. A practitioner will transmit Reiki to the client through the hands. The hands are lightly placed on or near the body in various positions around the head, shoulders, stomach and feet. Sometimes a practitioner will also position their hands to treat above the body.

A treatment can feel like a warm glowing radiance that flows through the body. It is a very relaxing experience and some clients report the body feeling heavy as it relaxes and yet the spirit or emotions feeling light at the same time. A treatment will usually release negative feelings or thoughts leaving the client feeling more positive, light hearted and with feelings of well-being.

Healing often takes place and people have reported recovery from minor things like headache, stomachache, bee stings etc., but also major illnesses have been affected with some people recovering from heart disease, cancer, leukemia etc. While almost everyone experiences relaxation and improvements of various kinds, healing results cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that if one has an illness or other medical or psychological condition that in addition to getting Reiki treatments, clients also consult a licensed physician or other licensed health care professional as Reiki works well in conjunction with all medical or psychological care.

The ability to do Reiki is innate within everyone. By taking a Reiki class, an attunement is given to the student which is like turning on a switch that in affect turns on one's Reiki energy. After that, all that is necessary is to place one's hands on oneself or another person and Reiki healing energy automatically begins flowing. Because of this, Reiki is very simple to learn and is taught in a weekend class.

Aromatic Sciences

Using essential oils to open the portal to spiritual connection and body remembrance. Essential oils also clear the bad memory cells to good memory cells. When applied, inhaled, or ingested the support received from the oils is miraculous especially when dealing with deep emotions, and psychological breakdowns.

Essential oils are used for Mind, Body, Spirit healing also. I'm a great believer in their healing power as the plants have been given to us by our Mother Earth.
